Guarantee
All chocolates are made to a high standard/quality and are dispatched with utmost care to the product reaching the consumer in excellent condition. We aim to offer a first rate product and service. If you do not feel that we have met your expectations in some/any way please let us know as soon as possible for us to rectify the matter.
Product Information
The products may contain a trace of nuts or milk. The products are not permitted for resale.
Order and Payment
Full payment is required when placing your order with Amelia Rope Chocolate. On receipt of payment an order confirmation will be emailed to the email address supplied at the point of order.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it subject to it having been despatched. To cancel the order please email amelia@ameliarope.com. A cancellation acknowledgement will be issued by return email. A refund will be issued to the purchaser as soon as possible and at a maximum of 30 days.
Inability to Fill the Order
If we are unable to fill the order due to lack of stock or to inability to deliver to the requested delivery address we will notify you by email and recredit the purchases on your bank card as soon as possible and at a maximum of 30 days. Additional compensation will not be offered.
Return of Goods
A refund will be issued upon proof of purchase and can only be made to the purchaser of the goods.
Product Delivery
Delivery is charged extra to the cost of the product and all charges information shown on the website under delivery. If we are unable to deliver to a particular location we will let you know immediately. Delivery Charges are ex VAT as all shipping costs on vatable goods are liable to VAT. The total VAT for the transaction is itemised on the invoice.
Products will be delivered to you to the address supplied at the time of placing the order. You are responsible for supplying the correct delivery address at this time as well as any messages. We will not verify the address or messages with yourself.
We will not be responsible for any delivery failing to arrive on time nor any damage/defect to the delivered products caused by circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control.
Liability
Our liability for delivered products which are either damaged, defective or insufficient quantity or not what you ordered will be no more than stated below:
- We will replace any defective or damaged goods
- Rectify any order shortage
- Supply the correct product originally ordered
- Refund the amount paid by yourself for the products.
No compensation will be offered.
You are responsible in respect of export or import of purchased goods.
You are entitled to your full consumer statutory rights.
