Dark Edition 01 Chocolate Bar 71% Cocoa
This is my first hand made limited edition dark chocolate bar. It is made from Mexican cocoa beans and is 71% cocoa solids bar. Many non dark chocolate lovers have been converted due to its subtle dark flavour. Children seem to be happy to munch away on the bar and it is excellent for any gooey chocolate pud too!

Pale Edition 01 Chocolate Bar 40% Cocoa
This is my first hand made limited edition milk chocolate bar. It is made from Ecuadorian cocoa beans (Arriba) and is a 40% cocoa solids bar. It is totally milky and sweet yet with a higher cocoa percentage than many chocolate bars has less sugar.
