I am available on a consultancy basis with a particular interest in educating children and adults regarding all aspects of chocolate, and promoting and supporting the countries from where the beans originate.

• I am currently involved in working, primarily with the Central and South American cocoa producing countries, with the aim of founding The Chocolate Education Foundation.
